The Agenda For Our 2nd Meeting is a work in progress. Here’s what we have so far…

• Deep Dive on the ATEM HD 8 ISO
• Presenting the first draft of the “Trust To Bring On Job” document (this document lists all skills, knowledge, behaviour, attitude, etc. that a guild member must know/exhibit in order to be trusted to be brought on job)
• Presenting the first draft of the “Basic Skills Checklist” (this lists ALL BASIC SKILLS (lighting, production, sound, etc) and ALL BASIC EQUIPMENT that a guild member should know so that they have the foundation skills to be successful. Quick examples would be how to open/close a C-stand properly, roll cables properly with over/under technique, etc. First step is creating the list, once that is done, next step is sourcing tutorials for each skill.
