This initial meeting will set the foundation for our community, clarify our collective purpose, and collaboratively explore how we’ll achieve our goals.

Time: 5:30pm Arrival, Meeting Starts at 6PM (be on time)

Purpose of the Meeting (“The Why”):
We will discuss:
– Why the Rwanda Multimedia Guild exists and what we aim to achieve as a community.
– The importance of professional collaboration, project-based learning, mentorship, and the wisdom of the community.
– Establishing professional standards and best practices for our members

How You Can Help:
We’re asking members to contribute their ideas and experience about how we can effectively:
– Foster a collaborative, supportive community culture
– Brainstorm activities, initiatives, projects, etc. to meet the goals of the guild

What to Bring:
– Your ideas of what you want the guild to be, and accomplish
– Your suggestions for how we can accomplish our guild’s vision.
– Ideas for multimedia projects, client engagements, or community initiatives.
– Items you’d like to contribute to our community (e.g., snacks, drinks, notebooks, pens).
